I would like to take this moment to give Dr. Maverick Parish and his entire team 5 stars for there professional service. I had IOL in both of my eyes, I choose the HD lens which I highly recommend, the insurance does not cover this lens, the cost is $950. Per eye and the medication is about $111. Per eye depending on your insurance. Immediately after surgery my vision was like 4K , like watching a movie. I am elated, Thank you Dr. Maverick Parish.

I had my eyes checked by my optometrist due to having a cloudy view from my left eye. My doctor told me I have a cataract so with my insurance I had to get a referral to see a surgeon. I made an appointment which took a month to get, in the meantime I can't see very well but these people didn't seem to care about that. Anyways my eyesight got better so when they checked it they seen the cataract but it wasn't bad enough for my insurance to approve surgery. So without giving me any kind of treatment plan they rescheduled me for 3 months. We'll it has returned and I cannot see, I called the office to ask for help and they have decided to not return my call. I wish for them to have this problem and not be able to get help.

It was the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had. The sheer disrespect to have people wait (mostly elderly) up to for 3 hours or more is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I watched them provide selected customer service. The office staff was eating open dishes at the reception desk. And the total care and office professional was so very poor. I am a Doctor and to see this kind of disservice grated my nerves. I still couldn't get in to see the doctor (for I had an interview). I left for 30 minutes after informing them of my situation, came back and was told they had to see if they could work me in and I waited another hour, for them to only say they would have to reschedule me in 3 weeks. A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS for an eye exam is unheard of. So disappointed after waiting a month to get an appointment. At this rate I could go blind. I called my insurance provider and filed a complaint and changed my care with this office because of this. If you think I am exaggerating look at some of the other similar reviews.

The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is not because of the doctors, but the front desk staff and the phone patient service. First of all, they are not cordial at all. They have an attitude if you complaint about not getting a prompt response from them or canceling your appointments last minute. I only been there twice and they have canceled my next appointment twice including one for eye sugery that is a year overdue because they don't get back to you on time. Getting through the phone is an odyssey. Having front desk people like this it's what make good doctors lose their patients.
