Had a really good experience here. Anastasia and Tommy were great and made the whole process super easy. The eye exam was quick and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. They were also really helpful when it came to finding the right glasses for me. No pressure, no wasting time, just really good service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good optical place.

I had an amazing experience at Optic thanks to Anastasia . She did a fantastic job during my appointment and provided truly excellent service from start to finish. I was really impressed by how fast, attentive, and understanding she was throughout the whole process. She made sure my glasses and contact lenses fit perfectly and were extremely comfortable, taking the time to double-check everything with care. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The best service! I took my son for an eye exam yesterday and Tommy was absolutely amazing. There was an issue with my insurance, but Tommy helped us every step of the way, he talked to my insurance Representative and handled the issue all while assuring me that everything will be OK. Tommy was very helpful throughout our time there, he explained all the details as my son picked out his new glasses. I highly recommend Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs, the best staff.
