If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Bruce is the rudest and most smug individual to be running the front desk of this office. I called and made an appointment last week for today at 12:30pm WITH Bruce and when I showed up the appointment was not in the system. Thankfully there hadn't been another appointment scheduled so the doctor was able to see me (because I had come during my lunch break). I asked Bruce how much the copay would be if I did both a glasses and contact exam, he could not answer that question. Said he only could do it if he goes through the billing of the claim but that I should have a discount. He fuses around with the computer a bit more and then goes "Oh yeah, you definitely get something off." Well after the exam was over, nope, no discount so I had to pay for both exams and am now in the negative until pay day. He became rude and unsympathetic from that point on. When I pointed out that other places I have gone to have been able to tell me about my copay beforehand he pointed at the computer and asked me if I wanted to see the screen, then he very condescendingly offered me a refund. When the doctor offered to call the office in Philadelphia office Bruce got very defensive and told her he knew what he was doing (even though as he was putting in the claim he had to ask her for help on selecting the drop down menus). Finally after going back and fourth with him I accepted the refund because he just wouldn't let up with the disrespect and he said "Oh wait, I submitted the claim already. No can do." I will never go back to this location again as long as Bruce is there. I can't imagine anyone who has written a review about how rude Bruce would. I better get my prescription from the office for both my glasses and my contacts, seeing as I paid for it already, so I can go some place else.
