Dr. Phillips is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything. The ladies in the office are great too. They all made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I have only been there a couple times but had a good experience and would definitely recommend this eye care business.

Dr Phillips and his staff do an excellent job. He is very thorough. Took extra time on both the exam and the explanation for resolution. His staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice.
The staff is excellent. There’s no questions to be asked. They tell you everything and you know what to expect. The doctor is always very friendly upbeat and has a good sense of humor, which makes the experience a lot easier.
This was a great review until I had an issue with my prescription. I was a 2.50 and went here and was prescribed a 2.00. When I went to get glasses I was told this is very unusual, so I called Phillips Eye Care and asked them if this could be a mistake. I looked further and I have had eye exams at different places and have not been under 2.50 in years. The receptionist just basically said, no this is right. She didn't even want to ask the doctor for me. I mean everyone makes mistakes but not there, I guess. Well I had another eye exam and sure enough it was a 2.50. And this was at a neutral optometrist that I've never seen before. I'm glad I didn't get the glasses with the script from here I would have been out a lot of Money. Also I didn't get glasses here because even with my insurance it was a ridiculous price. I found glasses I liked just as much somewhere else for a fraction of the price they quoted me. On a good note, the doctor is a very very nice gentleman.
