I have been seeing Dr. Shechter for 20+ years and wouldn't consider going to another office. Not only is Dr. Shechter thorough, detailed and informative, but she is extremely friendly and down to earth. What's more, the rest of the staff with whom I've dealt are the same. Greatly appreciate being able to have total confidence with this office.
I’ve been going to Phoenixville Eye Care Specialists for several years. They are a great group that truly cares about their patients. The doc I usually see is Dr. Kaycee VanEtten Carney D.O. and she is absolutely wonderful to deal with. The rest of the team is usually pretty nice to deal with. Appointments usually run on-time, which is appreciated. Overall I am a very happy patient and would highly recommend Phoenixville Eye Care Specialists to anyone looking for help with their eyes.
Along with my regular checkup, I had a concerning issue. The staff and Dr. VanEtten were very thorough and answered any questions I had. The portal is too easy and keeps me in direct contact with my doctor. The best part was that I received a text reminding me it was time to make an appointment for my eye checkup. One quick phone call and I was scheduled. Thanks so much.
