Such a great and awesome experience. They ensure you are well taken care of and are more than happy to help you in finding the glasses you want. Did not feel pressured or rushed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a better experience with tons of options.
My entire visit was AMAZING! From the time I walked in I was greeted right away by Brianna, she directed me where to go. The guy that checked me in was really nice and the Dr that gave me an eye exam was super friendly and very informative. When picking out glasses Brianna was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received everything I was looking for!! She was super kind to my son and she even got me a discount. Thank you so much Brianna!! Shout out to you and the excellent customer service. I would recommend everyone go to this location!!! Thank you again!!!
I had a great experience at Pineapple Express! I went in for an eye exam and everything went smoothly. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional, and they explained everything really well throughout the process. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend Pineapple Express if you’re looking for a great eye exam experience in Tucson!
Really great thorough service from the eye exam through the selection and purchase of glasses. Even though it was really busy, I was made to feel like I was the only customer, I was never rushed and all of my questions were answered honestly and completely. It was really nice and pleasant experience.
Loved my experience here!! Even left with a recommendation for how to better clean my lash extensions to avoid any eye/ vision issues (hypochlorous spray, ladies!) Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Thank you so much again!!
