A very kind doctor saw me, then the secretaries told me to come back in two weeks, but when I returned, they had already left, not caring about their clients. My insurance had already paid for the exam and my contact lenses, which I never got to pick up. I'm very disappointed in them; I thought they were honest and reputable. Now I'm going to have to start my exams all over again somewhere else, and the worst part is that I have to pay for it out of pocket because my insurance paid Pines Vision Center for nothing. I feel robbed. 😧
