The doctor and the entire staff are wonderful. They are so warm and inviting. They completely put me at ease. They actually made my visit fun! I have been going there for years and I highly recommend them!
They are awesome - such kind, compassionate and caring staff. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. They spent extra time helping me pick out new glasses. I would highly recommend Plaistow Family Eyecare!
A small, welcoming practice with friendly staff and a great selection of frames for both children and adults. Our appointment started on time, and Dr. Groves was patient and thorough during my 8 year olds first ever eye exam — explaining each step along the way and happily answering any and all of her questions; eye related and unrelated😆 The office staff took time to fit her for glasses properly offering personalized style recommendations with plenty of patience as she tried and retried the frames. She was pleased, as am I.
Dr. Belanger and the staff at Plaistow Family Eye are super nice, patient and helpful. I wasn’t quite sure about my prescription and the Dr. told me he wanted to get it right for me and he did. They have a great selection of frames and the glasses were more reasonably priced than where I was getting my glasses previously. I highly recommend this eye doctor’s office.
First visit.. very friendly and professional!! Dr. Hartenstein answered all of my questions effectively and showed me the pictures of my eyes in detail! I felt very comfortable from start to finish! When choosing new frames, the woman even adjusted my old frames for a better fit! Very positive experience!
