The office itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed, creating a very welcoming environment. Dr. Bhakta is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough throughout the examination process. The staff took the time to clearly explain my results, answer all of my questions, and ensure I understood the best options for my vision care. I truly appreciated the level of professionalism and personalized attention provided during my visit. The entire team demonstrated outstanding customer service and made the experience seamless from beginning to end. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. Dr. Bhakta and the entire staff at Planet Vision Eye Care have been absolutely amazing. My son wears scleral lenses, and Dr. Bhakta has been so patient, caring, and thorough throughout the entire process. There are not many doctors who offer EyePrintPRO, and we are so thankful we found her. She always takes the time to listen and explain everything. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for her patients. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful every visit.
