Excellent experience from start to finish! The doctor and staff namely Dr. Donna, Regina and Claudia were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. The team were welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the reasonable prices and great value for the frames and lenses. My daughter and I have been coming to Plaza Optical for at least 13 years. They have always been my go to for our eyeglasses, contacts and even my daughter’s swim goggles. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and friendly. They are so helpful with assisting their customers choosing the right eyeglasses fit for them. I’ve know Ms Claudia for years and she is definitely a staple here. Her warm and welcoming voice and smile has always been a pleasure. Looking forward to picking up my glasses when they are ready. BTW, the optometrist here is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Very happy with the experience we had today for my son’s appointment. The dr was very thorough. Explained everything to me. Was patient with any questions I had. And helped us pick better sturdier frames.

Dr Bohn is an amazing doctor with many years of experience and very personable. Did a thorough examination and gave me the correct prescription contacts and glasses I needed. His staff is also wonderful.

Great experience overall. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the Doctor was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions patiently. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend this place for eye care.
