I had an excellent experience at Poole Eye Associates. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from check-in to check-out. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that they genuinely care about their patients. The office was clean, organized, and efficient. I highly recommend Poole Eye Associates to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate eye care.

I've been a patient here for more than a decade. Mo and Bri are, first and foremost, amazing humans. They care more about their patients and staff than some folks do their own family. Everything is explained in great detail, with all options for vision care and improvement being presented clearly. Hill Country residents may not realize this, but we're pretty spoiled to have eye doctors of such high caliber available to us.

This is the most professional, kind, and thorough office I have seen in a long time. I was checked in before I even walked through the front doors. I have always been accommodated with last minute emergencies and I am so grateful for that. The care is unsurpassed. The front desk staff were beautifully dressed with smiles on their faces and a lovely attitude. This is the perfect business model for ANY business. The absolute best for miles! Top notch, knowledgeable doctors also! Don't even bother going anywhere else.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly and examinations are thorough. Dr. Poole is personable, instructive, and explains everything easily. Although he is very busy, I know I have his full attention and never feel rushed. I look forward to our pleasant visits.
