Dr. Popilsky is the best!! He is up on the latest information & technology. Has a perfect blend of knowledge, confidence, humor, & compassion. Explains things in easy to digest terms, whether with big concerns or other questions related to my eye health. I always feel I am in the best hands with the best care. Hopefully he knows he can never retire :)
I appreciated the professionalism and high standards at Dr. Popilsky’s office. The front desk staff is efficient and welcoming. The technicians were highly organized, well ordered and timely. Dr. Polpilsky is friendly, thorough, engaged and focused on my particular eye health needs. I appreciated the visuals and clear explanation of all tests administered and the results. Thank you!
Dr. Popilsky (senior) is fantastic. He brings decades of experience, stays up-to-date on modern eye care research and technology, is very thorough, and has a great sense of humor that makes visits enjoyable. We have occasionally experienced some long wait times and needed a few redos on glasses orders from the in-house optician and now usually order glasses elsewhere with the prescription provided by Dr. Popilsky. Most of the office staff is warm, personable, and helpful, though interactions with one specific front-desk team member can unfortunately feel a bit unwelcoming and abrupt at times. It is not clear to us why she chose a customer-facing role. These past difficulties with the optician and the staff member resulted in the one-star reduction, however, we still recommend the office! Overall, we recommend Dr. Popilsky and we’re very grateful for the excellent care he provides!
Dr. Popilsky and all of his Staff are exceptionally great! Everyone is so kind, caring and if you need any help at all someone always is more than willing to help you. It may take a little time to obtain an appointment, but it is so worth the wait.
Dr. Popilsky is the best eye doctor I've ever encountered! He's thorough, extremely knowledgeable and easily puts my mind at ease. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend him!
