Precision Eye Care

As most people in the Keys, I'm from somewhere else, and so is my eye doctor. I stepped on my glasses, bending them all out of shape, so I stopped by Precision Eye Care to see if they could bend them back into shape, and they didn't hesitate. I was there for less than ten minutes, and left with perfectly fitting glasses- they wouldn't even let me pay them. If I lived here, they'd be my new place. They're awesome.

If I could give more stars I would!! Day one of vacation and my contact split in my eye, called them and spoke to Jennifer on the phone, she was so sweet and helpful and calmed me down through my panic, not only did she find me samples to take for vacation, but she called back to let me know and waited past closing for me to arrive. Once I arrived Jennifer had everything ready and her and her co worker were so pleasant, funny, and nothing short of class customer service. Cannot recommend them enough, I ordered two boxes of contacts and will be back to buy glasses before we leave.

Dr. Nicole Cremata is an exceptional eye doctor who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff, the office and professionalism. I generally don’t do well in Doctor , dentist etc offices. I explained this to the staff and they made me feel the best I have ever felt in this type of setting. The entire staff again is amazing and Dr. West is just phenomenal. I highly recommend and actually look forward to a follow up exam. Thank you all

After quitting contacts for a couple years, Dr Nicole took the time to figure out my goals with contacts and said she could help. Now I love love love my contacts after 2 other optometrists told me that they couldn’t make it better. Thank you so much!
