Mackenzie did a great job on all the initial tests and Dr. Tuttle is great, as always! They are very professional and a very well run office by the staff overall. Our entire family will continue to come here!
Our family had a great experience at Precision Eye Care with Dr. Tuttle and her team! Dr. Tuttle and her staff are incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions without rushing, and make sure everyone feels at ease. What we appreciate most is how great they are with all ages; they’ve been wonderful with our entire family, from adults to kids, and they know exactly how to help children feel relaxed and confident during their exams.
Dr is fantastic! But the billing and insurance explanations were so confusing I’m considering not going back. I need it explained to me with charts or written numbers. What I got was a glazed over and jumbled mess of words for my options. Explain it to me like a sixth grader. I shouldn’t need to have a medical billing degree to understand.
