Very friendly staff all around. Get you in and out of appointment in a timely manner. Easy to get in for appointments and work great with insurance for best cost for patients.
Dr. Coats was great, the young woman who did intake/nurse was great and very friendly cant recall her name but she was welcoming and friendly. The guy who fitted me for my glasses was great. Couldn't say more positive things about my experience...glasses were significantly more expensive than online websites though. The clinical part was great, clean and modern office. Just recommend purchasing glasses elsewhere if you are on a budget.
Dr Chad Coats was fabulous with our daughter who has disabilities. He had a very kind bedside manner and was very patient with her. The entire staff were polite, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend!!

I had my first appointment in several years this week. I have never had vision problems so I've just never bothered with it. The process of scheduling the appointment was simple and fast. The staff was great throughout my visit; friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I've ordered my glasses and, so far, my experience here has been top-notch.
