Dr. Abbott is the best eye doctor our family has ever been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He does an excellent job at explaining things. We take our girls to him and go ourselves. Couldn't recommend him more!
I have been a patient of Dr. Abbotts forever. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He keeps me updated on current treatments and technology. Dr. Abbott also demonstrates care and concern with any eye issue I have. I so appreciate someone in the community with such qualities. As other have mentioned, his humor and personality make my visits very pleasant and I look forward to my annual exams. I cannot say enough about the services provided at Precision Eye Care. The staff is also knowledge and they have decades of experience in fitting glasses, etc.
This appointment was an absolute delight. Dr. Abbott not only kept humor in my visit but explained everything in detail about what was going on with my eyes. Almost made me sad that I don't have to go back for a year. Highly recommend them. Office staff was so pleasant I can't praise everyone enough.
Very disappointed. My mother was a victim of bait and switch. They were given her insurance cards over two weeks ago and they neglected to tell her that her insurance did not cover the whole amount and was charged 34.00 which was her food money because she is on ss. It was wrong. As well as them not having covering her lenses or frames at all so she can not get them. Medicaid will only allow her to have one eye exam a year so now she has to wait a whole year to get glasses. They refused to explain it before the eye exam. We will never go there again. If u are on Medicaid or Medicare I would suggest not going there for anything.
Everything about this visit was exceptional! Very welcoming, professional and the best part was all the laughs. Didn’t think I could ever say I Had fun and enjoyed my visit at the eye doctor 💕
