Very pleasant and accommodating. I took my elderly mom in her wheelchair chair. She is hard of hearing and not very mobile. The Doctor and staff were so kind a patient and made sure mom understood everything. I highly recommend there services.
When I walked through the door, the ladies made me feel welcomed. I appreciate their customer service and their professionalism. Dr. Thomas is the best Optometrist in Tangipahoa Parish and I will recommend him to everyone.
The Associates were very nice and down to earth. They helped me to pick out some glasses that I felt comfortable in, each Associate gave me their honest opinion about how they felt they looked on me. Besides, they know my friend and his mom. DEVONTA SMITH!! GO EAGLES 🦅. Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Thomas Eye Care and Associates to everyone I know.
Dr Thomas, the father, is so nice. He’s very personable and easy to talk too. Very thorough. The only issue is he’s only in amite in the afternoons and that doesn’t work with my schedule a lot of the time and I really don’t want to hop from hammond to amite.
Dr Chris Thomas is very honest about your eye health. The staff are very helpful and the friendly text reminders about appointments make sure I don't forget. They also called me before my appointment to let me know how much my copay was going to be so that I could be prepared to pay.
