Problems with Elite PT since 5/4/26 relating to Insurance. Elite refused to call FED BCBS @ the Federal Office to get correct info & charged me a co-pay. Spoke to numerous Elite employees with no results over the past 10 days & all refused to phone the numbers on the back of my insurance card to get correct info. By my request, my insurance rep called Elite & my insurance rep called me back to tell me that Elite will not charge me a co-pay & will refund the co-pay they already collected. At this date Elite has not called me to verify this so I don't know what they will do. I hesitate to call Elite as the last time I did the person in the Finance Office yelled at me & I don't want that kind of abuse. I will not return to Elite & will have treatments at another P.T. office where my insurance will be correct & I'll have no co-pays.

I had the best experience at Elite PT in Purvis! Joyce and her team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Joyce took her time with me and made sure to put together a plan for me to get back to running as quickly as possible. I will definitely be back anytime I need physical therapy!

Very respectful and polite staff. Couldn't ask for any better care with physical therapy. All of the staff show that they care about your well being. If you have to go to physical therapy, this is the place to go. Thank yall very much for the service that yall are providing. Please make sure that the staff at this location are taking care of. 😉

Joyce is very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. She has been wonderful working with multiple issues I have. I am so grateful to have her as my Physical Therapist. I would recommend her to everyone.
