Avoid buying glasses here—total scam! Two months ago, I bought a pair of glasses for $550 at this store. I used the exact same prescription I had two years ago, with the same High Index 1.60 lenses. The size of the new glasses was almost identical to my old pair, so I expected the thickness of the lenses to be similar as well. However, the new glasses are noticeably much thicker. I returned to the store, and the manager, Paul, agreed that I could switch to a smaller frame, which might make the lenses thinner. I agreed and chose a different frame. Paul also told me that they would reserve the second frame for me and order a third frame in the same shape but a different color so I could compare and choose. I really appreciated his help at that point. I called the store every week to check if the third frame had arrived, but each time I was told, "No." Finally, five weeks later, the third frame arrived, and I went to the store. Here's where things went wrong: The second frame they had reserved for me was gone. It seemed like they had sold it or misplaced it. So now, I only had the third frame to look at, with nothing to compare it to. I asked what the next steps were, and the staff didn’t seem to know. No one offered a solution—they gave me an answer like "It is what it is." At this point, I had paid $550 and had nothing to show for it—not even an answer or a solution. Paul wasn't at the store today, so I asked the staff to have him call me back. 4 hours passed, and still no response. I’m at a loss for what to do. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $550.

I have been going to this Optometry for about 4 years. The customer service and Optometrist are very informative and kind to listen to the needs and care I need. Especially , due to the long days spending on the PC's for work. I would highly recommend this Vision center.

They insisted that they won't let me purchase soft contact lenses with my old prescription as it is expired. I asked if I can get a copy of my records, they said they need a doctor's signature for release. She only comes in on Thursdays. And today is Monday. I am currently driving with one contact lens. I wear RGP hard lenses.

Po, Joyce, and Christina are the best! I completely trust them when it comes to prescription glasses. The glasses in the photos are all from Precision Vision, brands I’ve been using for the past decade. I’ll keep adding more to my collection as I add more glasses every year.

My eyes were checked by Dr. Amy C. Ngo . I’m very happy with my experience, she was very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. Also the entire staff was great. I am very happy with their service. One star less was for the heavy accent of the staff along with a facial mask made it very hard to understand the instructions for the tests.
