Customer service at its finest. My husband had an emergency and was fit it and seen by Dr. Puckett. Fast forward a year of wonderful customer care and service and it was my time to schedule an appointment. The calm environment, caring team, and attention to detail is evident from the front to the back of the office. Dr. Puckett listens and takes time to make you feel like she cares and focused on you when you are in the eye exam chair. Great experience and consistent customer service from patient to patient.
This is the best office I’ve ever visited. It’s ran very efficiently and everyone is super kind. I even noticed one person sitting down with an elderly lady to help her get her information sorted out which speaks to the kindness of this office. The customer service is top notch, I never felt rushed and Dr. Puckett answered every single question and addressed all of my concerns. From start to finish, 15/10 experience.
I had an excellent experience at Premier Eye Associates from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without feeling rushed. This was my first visit to Premier Eye. The whole staff was attentive very kind listened, answered any questions I had and I learned a lot about the staff that worked with me. It was enjoyable learning about them on a personal level and being professional at the same time. Doctor Puckett was absolutely amazing when she told me what was wrong with my eye and I had to see a surgeon. I cried just a little bit, but she reassured and comforted me during this time and that was very, very nice of her to do so. What was exceptionally nice was feeling like a patient that they cared about and not just a chart number like I’ve experienced at other doctors. If you really want the best Eyecare go here. These people are great. They really are. The whole staff is that I interacted with. In addition, Dr. Puckett had to do a referral out to Doctor Weeks, an eye surgeon and the referral was done right there in just a few minutes while I was checking out, they got me in in two weeks to try to save my sight in my right eye. Thank you to the entire staff for caring about my vision and me. I had a wonderful experience.
