Everything from start to finish was great. Taking time with me, answering questions, was much appreciated. Explaining each process and results thoroughly without feeling rushed was great; from insurance and exam thru ordering glasses. Couldn't have been better service.
From the moment I walked into the front door, until I walked out again, I was treated with respect and kindness. Everyone was willing to talk and explain everything related to my visit. They were friendly and professional. The doctor was very kind and explained everything she was doing. She answered my questions and made sure I understood what to do to keep my eyes healthy. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Found our new favorite eye doctor!! Dr. Thai was wonderful with my 8 year old. Very patient, informative and thorough. Front office were all so sweet and pleasant. Went ahead and got my husband set up with his own appointment.
The girls and Dr were so sweet. They were able to fit me in after my dog scratched my eye during the night. Got me in within 30 minutes of me calling. So friendly and pretty quick in and out.
We recently purchased a pair of frames for my daughter and the other day the arm frame broke in two. She was at college when it happened and I told her to put some super glue and tape on it. Now because she used glue on the arm frame the warranty does not cover the glasses. BEWARE of what they tell you about the warranty. No paperwork mentions this exclusion and they do not mention it. The frames have no brand on them and the lady said they were AI branded. Lost a family of customers.
