Premier Family Vision

This place is great. The doctor and staff are always very helpful. I’ve bought several pairs of glasses from them. I sat on one of them and they repaired it for free.

I'm new to the area so this is my first time at Premier Family Vision. Dr. Bhadra made my eye exam experience very smooth. The staffs are also very friendly and attentive. I got my new glasses after 3 days, and when the frame didn't fit tightly enough, I was able to come in and have it fixed very quickly (on a Saturday no less). I will definitely recommend Premier Family Vision to my family and friends.

This one star rating is not a reflection of the doctor, but rather, one of the staff members. I will not go into details, but for anyone visiting this establishment, be aware of the staff. There are two young ladies in the floor room area, and the shorter of the two, is pleasant and professional. However, the other one who is much taller than her, is extremely rude and obnoxious. I have witnessed her attitude on a prior occasion, and I overlooked it but on my most recent visit last week, she directed her attitude towards me. I don’t care if she was having a bad day or not, when you come to work and you are facing customers, you need to be professional. I will never visit this establishment again and I am pulling my appointments for my wife and my three kids, and we will NEVER frequent this establishment ever again!!!!!!

Wonderful and kind staff! Been going here for years, as has the rest of my family! Definitely recommend for quality and care. Found my favorite glasses here only, and handled with excellent service and care for my contacts as well!

We had been going to Family Family Vision for a few years now and always had a great experience. My husband and I have been going here since 2016. Staff is always very courteous and Dr. Bhadra, was very attentive and knowledgeable. They also had a good selection of eye glasses inside. Excellent place, would definitely recommend. Great location for Alpharetta community.
