Being a patient of Dr. Allen for 3 years, it broke my heart when I moved away from the area and had to find a new Optometrist. Truly, none compares. I work in healthcare, and am no stranger to advocating for myself, but with Dr. Allen, I didn’t need to stress too much because she was always a step ahead offering different options, information, and perspectives on things. I always enjoyed my visits with Dr. Allen and her bedside manner is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend her and her practice enough! Her team is great.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for well over a decade and can’t recommend her enough. She is caring, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable and heard. She is especially great with contacts and lenses, taking the time to explain options and make sure everything feels right. Visits never feel rushed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their long-term eye health.

I have been going to Premier Vision of Dallas for over 10 years now. And I’m very proud to say this is the longest tenure I’ve had with any doctor. Dr Allen is an amazing person and explains everything to you in a clear and concise way. But her staff have to get a shout out to. They address you by name no matter how long it’s been. They are all friendly and kind, professional and thoughtful. My daughter came home from the army and made sure.i made her an appointment with Dr Allen because she felt like she was cheating on her when she received new glasses from the army. It’s a testament to how amazing these people are in this office. My teenager only wants to see Dr Allen and as a mom that makes me incredibly happy.

Great office from the welcoming staff to the amazing doctors. I first saw Dr Shannon and she immediately made me feel at ease with her demeanor and great communication skills. I also visited Dr Allen for a follow up appointment and was wowed by her explanation of my issue and attention to detail. Highly recommend them both!

Best experience ever! Dr. Allen is very professional, she provided me with a lot of information. Definitely recommend them! All staff were nice and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment and their office is also very nice.
