The office staff is professional and courteous. I have always had positive experiences in my interactions with the team. Rosie has been with the practice for many years and is a pleasure to work with. Dr. Julie Oh is excellent; she takes the time to explain things in simple, understandable terms. I frequently recommend Premier Vision to friends who are seeking an eye care provider.

I've been taking my three girls here for over two years now and I have to say I absolutely love all of the staff and Doctor Oh here! Everyone here is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My girls have received glasses, contacts, and overnight hard contacts here and we've had no issues. I'm lucky enough not to need glasses, but if I did, I would get them here.

I originally had a frustrating experience with communication and the long turnaround time for my child’s prescription glasses. However, after sharing my concerns, the office reached out with a sincere apology and addressed the issues professionally. I appreciate their willingness to listen to feedback and their commitment to improving communication going forward. My daughter and I have both been patients here, and Dr. Oh has always been patient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She takes the time to answer questions and makes us feel comfortable during our visits. While our experience with the glasses order was disappointing, I appreciate how the office responded afterward and am updating my review to reflect that. The front desk staff does not make patients feel welcome. They need someone else a little more friendly! Same girl did my eye exams she did not explain much about the eye test. Just felt like she rushed my exams. Then Dr. Oh had me do a Pupil dilation test. I let her know I will be driving on the freeway after. She did not care or worry about it. They made me sign a paper (I am sure it states they are not responsible if I get in an accident) but I have no idea what I signed because I COULD NOT SEE ! Save your money. Go somewhere else They don’t care about patient safety or patient care.
