Prescription Eyewear

Wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable, all test needed were performed and new medication prescribed for my complaints, due to my eye condition. Listens and takes time with you and explains things and does not get frustrated and you are the only person he is dealing with at the time. In other words, is able to not rush you to get to the next patient. Staff are all great. I have high hopes for my new eye drops. I see Dr. McFadden and he is very personable.

Staff was engaged and on top of things. Answered my questions with good explanations and understanding of my concerns. It was a very good, efficient annual check up. I recommend them heartily.

This was my son's first visit with Dr. Patel and she as well as her staff exceeded my expectations. At first I was a little nervous and unsure about the visit for my son, but those feelings were immediately erased. Dr.Patel and her staff were very friendly, compassionate, informative, and professional. I truly appreciate the great and very thorough care that my son received. I look forward to establishing and building a long term relationship with this office.

If you are looking for a new doctor, i don't think this is the place. The clinic appears to schedule more patients then it can effectively handle which results in a frustrating experience. This is disappointing as Dr Swan was highly recommended to me. I scheduled a lasik consultation early January with the earliest availability being February 6th. The consultation went smooth and I was informed that someone would contact me the following week. No one ever did. I called several times with no answer and left a total of 3 messages for someone to call back which no one returned. At this point I'm assuming that I am not eligible for lasik but am still interested in getting my eyes looked at by Dr Swan given his reputation. The receptionist I was able to get a hold of today advised that the doctor has been out of town and will not be returning until the 23rd which is why I have not received a call. While this is completely understandable, not a single representative communicated this information or bothered to return my messages. I was also advised the next availability for a general evaluation is not until May 2026. While I was initially excited for the level of care the facility is capable of providing, I am beginning to think it may be time for me to consider alternative options. Had the staff done a better job communicating, the wait wouldn't have been an issue. The lack thereof is concerning.
