I visited this location with a friend's referral. I was surprised as I entered with the interior. It was very clean, welcoming & was greeted with big smiles. Although they were busy, the receptionist was very welcoming & got my paperwork done promptly to get me checked in. I waited for about 10 minutes and was escorted to getting my eyes screened then escorted in the room for my vision check by Dr. Le. He was wonderful & gave me contacts to try. I tried on the contact he recommended and was very happy with his recommendations. I am glad I found this place.

HIGHLY recommending this place. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. THANK YOU VERONICA and KASSIE and Dr. Le….All of them make you feel very welcome !!!! When I went to visit in the morning I had to come back in the afternoon because something came up and they accommodated without any appointment basically seeing me twice that day. They always picked up the phone and the place is VERY CLEAN!!!! It is a very GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

This is the most fabulous establishment for eye care, I spoke with Veronica on the phone, and can't wait another second to write a rave review for you! Too much to say except, Veronica is amazing and we're so excited for our new glasses! This Place is changing my life for the better, by how Veronica handled me on the phone and the staff came thru so last minute. Bless you all!!

My Son and I went to Preston Eye Center only to be met by the nicest receptionists around. They treated us with care, answered all of our questions and more importantly, they were naturally helpful with our vision assistance. Kudos to this team and the Doctor. Please, don't listen to the negative reviews until you've experienced the wonderful service you'll receive.

This place canceled my kids appt 5 mins after their appt and tried to label it as a no call no show, i called letting them know we’ll be late bc i am a single mom w two kids. and shit happens. She basically told me i’ll have to reschedule which is insane bc we were literally 5 mins away!!! Now i have no other time to get them in to get their eyes checked bc they can only miss so much school…
