Very disappointing experience with the front desk. I found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and dismissive. No one should be made to feel disrespected or unwelcome. I strongly recommend choosing a place where patients and people are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

New patient, shared my insurance information when booking appt, then waited a month for appt only to hear we don't accept your Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan. I will never recommend them.

Good for exams, but don't get glasses there almost 600.00 and got ones a year ago from Walmart and their designer glasses, only 149.00. That's a hard bill, lol to swallow. Way expensive and I live on fixed income, that's half what I get In a month, so had to do without for 3 months, just so I can see. Lady wasn't very nice either.

I’ve been going to Princeton Vision Center my whole life and it is the only place I will go! Fantastic customer service, clean and welcoming building, a great selection of frames and the owner is incredibly nice. I don’t even live nearby anymore, but I still make the drive

Have been going to Princeton vision center for years now. Kathy is always helpful, the doctors are great and answer any questions you may have, and I can always find name brand glasses in her discounted section for a great price.
