The BEST SERVICE ever!! Since the day I made the appointment, Jaime was fenomenal with us. Today was the appointments (for me and my son) and Jaime, once again did it: amazing! And Myrna Barsoum exceeded my expectation. She is the best! The way she explained everything, treated us and made us feel, I just don’t have words. Bryan and Veronica same: great! They helped us with the sales process. I’m very grateful for everything. Great team!!! 100%!!! Thank you!!

Called & got a same day appointment on October 2nd. Every person in that office was awesome! The doctor was fantastic! So kind, thorough & informative. The techs were patient & helpful while I tried to chose glasses. I'll definitely be going back!

Decent service. The doctor is nice.

Received message to pick up glasses. I am handicapped and Arrived at store at1:40 pm. Not one walmart optical employee inclusive of doctor not available until 2:50. One person here returned 2:00 cannot give the glasses he doesnt do that only doctor can. I also came here because my contact will not come out of eye for the last three days. The doctors tech. Stated that there was no availability for the doctor to see her today but maybe sometime next week but nit on tuesday, or friday because the doctor is not in those days. Time to go somewhere else with alot of better service. Still waiting for someone to tend to our needs9. Suppose to be back at 2:50. We will see. Lunch hours are not posted but three employees go to lunch at same time. 1601 Rinehart Road, Sanford,Florida

Recently made an appointment because I was worried about my diabetic eyes. Dr. Regis was absolutely informed about my condition and gave me a thorough exam which turned out to be a good one. She really took her time and discussed with me options for glasses as well as her general knowledge of my diabetic eyes. I highly recommend her and this stores eye care department.
