Prism Health Pediatric

Giving this visit a 2 due to the terrible facilities. My son was the first appointment of the day and the waiting room was dirty with crumbs and grass on the seats. The toilet seat in the bathroom was falling off the base. The clinic is not well cared for. I was shocked that Prisma puts their name on a building that bad. I will say the care we received was great! Dr. Barnett was caring and connected so well with my son! She and the staff deserve better clinic working conditions.

Their nurses line is HORRIBLE! The office won’t even answer at all on the weekends! Definitely switching doctors. Not only that but they told me my son was fine and wasn’t sick sick that he seemed to have allergies or a cold then I brought him to a different doctor at the er and come to find out it was not only Covid 19 but a virus on top of it. They need to do something about this it ridiculous really..

I had an appointment at 2:30 PM and I arrive around 215! at around 2:50 PM, I went and asked the clerk what was the holdup and she told me that all the rooms were dirty and they were cleaning them and just as she does tell me this another set of people walk in and she says I had an appointment at 2:50 and I was on the other side of the building and the Lady clerk says OK and walk her straight to the back. Mind you my appointment was at 2:30. And also upon me walking in the building, there were three clerks at the desk when I walked in, and neither one of them said a thing to me for at least 3 to 4 minutes, actually two of them got up and walked off without even acknowledging my presence. I knew it was going to be a bad situation from there.I I ended up canceling my appointment and just taking my granddaughter to the emergency room!! Next time I’ll do my homework before I go to a place like this!! Like I said there were three of them and one was on her iPhone, smacking bubble gum. The other one was just laid back in the chair and one was typing on the computer.. If you care anything about your loved ones, please don’t take them into this facility!!

this team went above and beyond ! we were worked up by the nurse, Danielle. She was very sweet and right on top of making sure both my daughters were seen together. one of my daughters had an appointment at this location, and my other daughter had an appointment at their other location out in fountain later that afternoon, it was very appreciated to have both of my daughters seen. She made sure that everything was taken care of . Dr. Brackbill and Dr. Linton were exceptionally thorough and very helpful to making sure everything was taken care of for both of my girls. I absolutely love the service, the passion, and respect that they had towards us will definitely recommend and continue to come

Awful time management. Arrived 20 minutes early for a 10:50 appointment as directed and preceded to wait over an hour while people who arrived half an hour after were being called back. When asked for an estimate for how much longer we'd be waiting I was told we were next to next and they were still calling back 10:30am appointments. My child is autistic and had been growing more and more upset at having to sit still as we waited and at that point was crying and wanting to pull her own hair and the nurse simply said it'd be at least another 20 minutes.
