Pro Optix Vision Center

I had my first visit at Pro Optix last week and could not be more pleased with the services I received. From scheduling the appointment with Michelle, to my eye exam with Dr. DeMarco and picking out my new fun frames with Chelsea, everyone is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and time efficient. It is much more of a personal and personable experience than when going to a chain eyecare provider. At 67 and having gone a few years between visits, I had some changes and Dr. DeMarco was very thorough in explaining what was going on. I am so glad I found them and I highly recommend Pro Optix for all of your eyecare and eyewear needs.

I had a great experience at Pro Optix Vision! Chelsea was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me choose the perfect eyeglass frames. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was excellent as well. I highly recommend Pro Optix for their outstanding customer service and quality eye care!

Wow, WOW, Wow!!!!! I have been struggling to get an exam and new pair of glasses using my Humana Medicare insurance. No luck. Then I searched Google for the highest rated and BEST eyewear provider in Pompano and up came Pro Optix Vision. Look no further. Walked in and was greeted by Mary. She listened to my story and assured me all of my worries were behind me. She took my ID and insurance, and had me start filling out a one page form. Smiled up and said all was good and that they took my insurance, the exam was no charge and covered and I had $400.00 towards the glasses. Then asked did I want to come in at 1:45 or 3PM that afternoon. WHAT? Returned at 3 and was immediately taken in for the screening and exam. Saw the Doctor and was out ready to choose the frame. Returned later that week with the "Boss" and met Michele and Minerva. Frames selected and done in 15 minutes. Have since talked to friends who have always used Pro Optix Vision. Can't say enough, won't stop referring people to them. Friendly knowledgeable staff, selection, convenience, insurance coverage. What else do you need. Just go and tell them I sent you!!!!!

This was my first time at this office and they made me feel like I've been going there for years. Super friendly, informative, and funny staff. I will get all of my future eyeware from Pro Optix.

The staff at Pro Optix Vision are all amazing and outstanding. They are very professional and caring. You can tell they all love what they do. They helped me with both contacts and glasses. They were very patient with me when it came to trying on tons of frames until I found the right one. I highly reccomend going to them for all your eye care needs.
