I was in an automobile accident and part of my recovery was at Legacy. I was scheduled for pre and post surgery. When I tell you those guys there are the best. They are attentive to your needs for the pains you’re experiencing and after each session you get the best massage. But what really helped me most was the dry needling, Dr. Mark did that on me and the pains that I was enduring is not gone but substantially better. I want to thank the team at Legacy Therapy and Wellness for a job well done!!!!

I suffered a herniated disc while back squatting in the weight room , I play collegiate baseball so it messed up a lot of things for me from swinging to lifting and throwing, but through legacy’s training regimens and uses of manual therapy, neuro training for posture, and dry needling I was able to bounce back quicker than expected and I have been pain free ever since because of their treatment. 10/10 would recommend

As a U.S. Army soldier, I was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident two years ago, which led to the loss of use of my right hand due to an internal decapitation injury. Prior to finding this office, I had spent 21 months undergoing various forms of therapy with little improvement. I was beginning to lose hope, convinced I might never regain function in my right hand after so many surgeries and therapy sessions. However, after just three months of therapy here, I am experiencing more progress with my right hand than I had with any other therapist since the accident. I owe this incredible improvement to my therapist, Charlsey. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and encouraging. She has consistently challenged me and made a significant difference in my recovery. The entire office staff is outstanding. They provide personalized care to each patient, taking the time to understand their individual needs and tailoring treatment accordingly. The facility itself is expansive, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. If anyone is in need of physical or occupational therapy, I highly recommend this place. The care and attention I’ve received here have been nothing short of life-changing. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my recovery journey.

Had surgery on the left foot, had a lot of pain, and had very little functionality. The therapist at Legacy worked tiresly with me to regain strength and pain management. I can not say enough platitudes for the wonderful folks at Legacy. They are the best of the best. I highly recommend them for all physical therapy needs, a very impressive establishment.
