Super kind and genuinely caring people! From the person who answered my first call to every one involved with the exams and the eye doctor. I will definitely be back! If you know anyone who is nervous about going to the eye doctor, this is the place you can take them to feel comfortable and cared about!
I have been going to Pro Care since I was in 3rd grade. I'm 45 now so I've been going here a long time. In all these years I have never had a bad experience. The staff and Dr Bickle are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend going to Pro Care.
I was a brand new patient and I can’t say enough good about this facility. I’m a new mom without childcare and had to being my extremely fussy 7 month old along. Everyone was so very kind, accommodating, patient, and gentle natured. I had to repeatedly stop to nurse my baby or soothe her. The exam was very thorough and detailed and I appreciated the level of care and hospitality I was shown. I will recommend this place to anyone I know

Special appreciation goes to Chris, who fixed my daughter's eyeglasses. We went in unannounced because my daughter had an accident and broke the temple on her glasses.
