I had a great experience working with Jacee Gerntholz at Professional Eyecare. I was having an issue with my insurance due to my last name being changed, and Jacee went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. She took the time to sit on the phone with the insurance company for over 20 minutes and continued working through the issue until everything was corrected. By the end of it, she was able to get everything fixed so I could move forward with getting my glasses. Jacee is always friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I visit Professional Eyecare. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me, and I would highly recommend seeing Jacee.
