I had a great experience. The girls were so great and helpful. Dr. Johnson was great! He took his time and answered all my questions. He makes you feel very comfortable and has a good sense of humor😊
The visit from the initial intake, through all of the tests that were done, and especially including the doctor’s demeanor, were all excellent! I have been a patient of Professional Vision care for many, many years and have seen several of the doctors. The doctors and staff are always courtesy, knowledgable and professional at all locations. You can't go wrong!

I scheduled an eye exam appointment over 6 weeks ago. They sent me a Calendar invite to place on my schedule. I then drive over an hour to the Lewis Center location and meet the receptionist. She tells me that there is no appointment and that I will have to reschedule. This is absolutely unacceptable. She did not even try to get me to another location so I can be seen. I have a busy life and schedule just like every other professional out there and my time is valuable just like everyone else. I have been using Professional for 3 years now and they have been great up to this point. Might want to work on things as you just lost a customer.
