Everyone at this office is friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a good experience. Dr Kramer is wonderful. She has never rushed me in any of the years I’ve been going to her. She is smart and so pleasant to talk to. I am always recommending her to family and friends. I can’t say enough good things about her. I trust her!
I was able to fill out my forms before hand through a link that was sent via text in return that made the process of check in go relatively smooth. Once I arrived I was taken care of right away everything was explained to me before hand as to what I was going to do and what the cost would be including my insurance. Before I walked into any room they wiped it down which I really appreciated because they could have done it before hand but how would I have known as the client so them doing it in front of my was nice. The staff and doctor were professional and helpful. I was changing brands and they allowed me to try on the colors to make sure I find the ones I liked. I was just pleased and will return. Also the contacts get sent to your front door so that’s a nice bonus cause that helps not have another trip to the office though I wouldn’t mind.
Best staffs ever! Very friendly, professional, helpful, and informative staffs. Dr. Kramer was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly as well, she took her time to explain every finding, and went over every items in the results, made recommendations, and answered all my questions and concerns! It was a very pleasant, unique, and awesome experience, and will definitely refer all my friends, family members, and anyone to go to Promenade Eye Care, and LensCrafters for their eyes, vision, and glasses need! The optometrist was so knowledgeable, kind and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated Matt’s detail explanations during the screening process. The gentleman at check in was excellent. I had the most fantastic service from Nadine. I was so happy she was there to help me. I can be picky; she did not give up on me and was through and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Awesome location! Keep up the great work guys!
Doctor Kramer is wonderful. She along with her staff are very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. I have been a patient for 9+ years and I always have a great experience.
