I took my mother here yesterday and I can’t say enough about the two young ladies in the office. Very patient and kind, explained everything and did all testing with care. I truly appreciate knowing kindness still exists! Thanks for taking care of my mom.
Very thorough exam and explained everything in detail where I could understand. Very friendly staff. Best eye Doctor I have ever been to. I would recommend them over any other doctors in the area. I paid cash out of pocket and the price was very reasonable. Much cheaper than my last visit to another doctor 2 years ago.
Just had a fantastic experience at Pupila Family Eye & Ear Care for my vision test! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions patiently, even giving me helpful recommendations for my dry eyes. The front desk was also great, explaining my insurance clearly and showing me frame options without any pressure to buy. The office was clean and overall, it was a really positive and stress-free visit. Highly recommend!
