I had such a wonderful experience at PureVision Optical! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, clean, and modern the office is. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. The doctor was outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took their time with my exam, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel like my eye health truly mattered. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident that I received excellent care. The entire visit exceeded my expectations. My experience at Pure Vision Optical was excellent from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and respectful, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was able to check in on time and was seen very quickly. Dr. Julia Poltilov was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and provided thorough, detailed explanations throughout the exam. I especially appreciated her honesty and professionalism when she explained that my previous eye exam at LensCrafters had resulted in a stronger prescription than I actually needed. It’s clear that Dr. Poltilov genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing quality care. I left feeling informed, confident, and extremely satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend Pure Vision Optical to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I have been visiting this establishment for a few years now and I have zero complaints. The office has always been kept super clean and the staff always welcoming and respectful. They always call me to remind me of my appointments and when I need a new check-up. I have had a few issues with my eyes and the 2 doctors I have had were always sweet, kind, responded to all my questions and were very knowledgeable. If the situation needs an urgent help they will be on top of it and refer you to an specialist super fast if need be. -Thank you all, Dahiana

I had such a great experience at this optometrist office. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and polite from the moment I walked in. They helped me understand my insurance coverage and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Bella Davydov was amazing. Even though Spanish is not her first language and she is originally Russian, she made the extra effort to speak to me in Spanish so I could fully understand everything and feel comfortable during my visit. I truly appreciated her kindness, patience, and dedication. Jeffrey was also wonderful. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and genuinely cared that I was happy and confident with what I was getting. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend them!

This is the most professional, accommodating and pleasant optometrist's office I've ever gone to in my life and ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years! Dr. Bella is so intelligent and she and the entire staff actually want to help patients. Recently, 3 staff members assisted me in picking out glasses when mine broke and even squeezed me in to get my yearly exam the day before my insurance changed! Kelly, a gentleman whos name i do not remember, a girl who's name starts with an N (shes so sweet, i just dont remember her name either lol). They all provided exceptional customer service. If you want to be taken care of in a respectful and professional manner, this would be the place to go! Thanks, Pure Vision!!!!
