Dr. Dang is great, and went well beyond my expectations. I was overdue for an eye exam and came in with a long list of concerns and questions, all of which she patiently and compassionately addressed. She carefully checked an area of concern that she spotted, and explained things about my eyes that my previous ophthalmologist hadn't told me. Val the optometry tech was also kind and patient getting me through all of the initial exams and images. The clinic is out of the way for me, but well worth the extra distance.

I highly recommend Queen Anne Optical. This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with Doctor Lung. He corrected my vision down to better than 20/20. Over never had a prescription so clear! Also, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose granted and lenses. They have a new long-term client.

This was my first time coming in for my annual eye exam as a new patient. All of the staff was so friendly and kind which really made me feel safe enough to ask a bunch of questions (especially regarding my insurance benefits/coverage). Jennifer, the Optician, in particular took the time to answer my questions about lense customizations and by this point it was the end of the day, I really appreciated her dedication 😊 when I left I felt informed enough to make decisions about my next frames and updated glasses prescription. Thank you!!

Had a good experience with the doctor! They were patient and answered all my questions. The one who configured my glasses and billed me was particularly awesome! She patiently explained all the options because I couldn't read easily (dilation). I would have liked more frame options tho. They also take 2 weeks to get your glasses which is a lot of time.

Friendly staff, kind provider (Dr. Chen), technologically advanced machines. I got to choose a practical pair of glasses in the 100-200 dollar range w/ insurance. They have cute laptop stickers @ the front desk. Only complaint is the space in the lobby can get cramped, esp for ppl with mobility needs.
