Dr. Patel is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me, thoroughly evaluating my eyes and explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand. Using detailed images of my own eyes, he walked me through exactly what was happening, how he arrived at his diagnosis, and the reasoning behind his recommended treatment plan. What impressed me most was that he didn't just tell me what to do. He took the time to educate me on the underlying causes of my symptoms so I could better understand and participate in my long term care. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident that I finally had a clear path forward. This was one of the best healthcare experiences I have had in any specialty. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Radiant Eye Care, and I plan to bring my entire family here for their eye care needs

My kids and I had a GREAT experience! This was all our first time coming to see Dr. Jay Patel because my 5yr old is entering kindergarten and needed an exam before school starts. Online booking was a smooth and easy process with multiple appointments being available soon and at times that work with my schedule. The office was clean and all staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Jay Patel was FANTASTIC at making my 5yr old feel comfortable throughout the whole exam and even as we left the office my 5yr old said "that was fun!". I also really appreciated the time Dr. Jay took in explaining things and answering all my questions. Definitely a 5+ star office, staff, & experience! I look forward to visiting next time when I schedule appts for myself, my husband, and my 3yr old! 🙌

Doctor Jay and his staff are an exceptional eyecare team! Over the past 5 years, my daughter has been treated for Myopia and to hear that the progression has slowed down and no increase or change in prescriptionis needed after today's visit is the best news! Dr Jay and his staff were amazing! They made me feel comfortable even though I really don’t like going to an eye doctor. They did a thorough exam, including taking pictures of my eyes to check for diseases and/or degeneration, and they checked the pressure all without having to dilate my eyes. Dr. Jay then took the time to work with me on getting a good prescription including prisms in the lenses for double vision. I would highly recommend Dr. Jay and radiant eye for your vision needs.
