My son has gone to Dr. Ahrens for several years now. She is very knowledgeable, personable and explains everything during the exam. Shout out to Katrina as well. She is so helpful and always gets my son through all the testing with ease. Never had a bad experience here.
Professional staff, they take the time to talk and listen to their clients. Very clean and welcoming environment. The Dr did a excellent job with the eye exam and prescribed medication and gave directions on how to use the medication. She told me if I see no improvement in 10 days just call her back and she will change the medication. I feel so relieved. Thank you to this wonderful team.
Very friendly staff! They were very helpful with helping me find frames that I felt comfortable in! They were very honest about what didn’t work, which was great! I am also pleased with how they made sure I was aware of what services were and were not covered with my insurance! Dr. Ahrens did a great job at explaining everything during my eye exam and explaining in detail what the pictures of my eyes were showing! From check-in to checkout it was a great experience, thank you!
I visited the office for a first appointment with my 8O year old mom. The doctor was so patient with her. She took the time to carefully explain everything to her and made sure to come out to the lobby to get me to make sure I had the information also. The doctor carefully gave us all of the options, and was so patient as we made decisions. We highly recommend this practice!
This was a new eye place for my wife and I and I must say we enjoyed the appointment. Well treated by Katrina rom we we walked in until we walked out. Nice exam from Dr Christensen. All done very well. Glasses selection was great and found a new pair and my wife didn’t need new glasses so they did not push that on us. We will go back next year.
