Had an appointment for 4:30 pm. Didn't get me in until after 5 pm. While others who came in after me only waited a few minutes. I brought in some frames that I liked to wear. They said maybe we can do this so I said OK. Paid the $388 bill. They called me 2 weeks later and said they can not do it. So I asked for my money back. I already have two other pairs I bought from them. They said I would get my refund minus co-pay. I said sure that's fine. Still haven't got my refund so I called.them again. I was told " I can not see anything on your account. No one in accounting is here today. I will continue to wait patiently. If I get the run around again on Monday then they will be contacted by my lawyer.

Very quickly got me in, flexible with the schedule, and despite the VA paying for the glasses, they had a good selection of frames. The tests were not too hard on my eyes and Dr. Ramsey himself was very friendly and quick, yet felt like he cared. I didn't really want to go to this appointment but glad I did.

Wow. Who knew? Great service. Very professional. Better technology than my last eye doctor. Won't see them again!! No pun intended! Thank you for the great service. Got me on track to get my vision fixed. I will recommend Ramsey to everyone I know.

This was the best eye appointment I've ever had everyone was very delightful, efficient and in and out service. Dr. Ramsey had terrific bedside manor and his staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you for my wonderful experience. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses 🤓
