I'm very pleased with Dr Pena. My vision is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Dr Pena. I have follow ups with Dr Gutierrez and she's so professional and caring with her patients. I truly recommend Dr Raul Pena.

Worst visit, my mom had a yearly checkup, we got there at 2pm and waited 3hours to be seen. She will be changing eye doctors. Just a heads up to all they had all their patients waiting for hours. We went to the Harlingen office.

5 stars for the staff! Staff is always friendly , attentive and very professional. They make you feel comfortable and are very respectful. Unfortunately, the wait to see the doctor is very long. I was there 30 minutes early. The staff prepared me and I knew I was the first client so I assumed I would be seen on time. I was seen 11/2 hour past my scheduled appointment time. I'm not sure why,no explanation was made. I imagine the doctor was at the other clinic and just running late. Or he was doing surgery. Just bring something to read and know chances are you will be seen later than your scheduled appointment. He is a very busy man but you will be seen.

If you every thought of getting lasik get it! Dr pena and his staff are amazing! Regardless if you go to his McAllen or Harlingen office his staff is very friendly! I'm so excited I can see now!
