I had a horrible customer service experience here today. I came in to get replacements for my lenses on two different pairs of sunglasses. Cristina was extremely rude. She was texting while "helping" me. I peeked over the computer because there was an awkward pause with me just kinda waiting and wondering what was going on and she was just fully texting on her phone. There was a point when I had settled up and she just continued to text as I waited for any type of guidance. She had my two pairs of sunglasses on the counter on her side in front of her. I kindly asked, should I take my sunglasses? She then kind of rudely responded, oh yeah you can take them if you want. I'm just kind of like confused and a little annoyed at this point. I say, should I leave them with you? Then she responds, no you should take them and then bring them back once we receive your lenses. I was so angry after that, that I called Sunglass Hut and asked how much it would be for them to replace them. They charge the same amount because everything comes from the same manufacturer. So, being that I very much did not want to support this store I walk back not even five minutes after our sale and say I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund. They tell me they can't. Cristina seems like she fully expects me to ask for a manager, though I'm just confused and trying to reason with them, so she just goes into the back room and gets her manager. He comes out and just tells me, yeah, you can even look at my screen. I can't cancel the order. I, again, just trying to get someone to act like a human, say like don't you guys think this is weird that not even five minutes ago I bought something and you can't refund me? I had also paid cash which, in some ways, feels even more strange. I ended up leaving (feeling like I was the problem). I was pretty patient and calm considering Cristina was so rude to me and my blood was boiling a bit, but I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend anyone to shop here.
