The store is amazing even though it is small. It has a great selection of products and the staff make it so easy to understand all of them, try them on and complete your purchase. They're also very friendly and know the whole story of the brand making the whole experience super cool and interesting. I'd come back here to buy or just check out the products without a doubt.

Gail at Store 9592 provided one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. I was not planning to buy anything, but her professionalism, patience, and genuine care completely changed my experience. She helped me choose the perfect glasses without any pressure, cleaned and adjusted my old Ray-Bans and my husband’s glasses, and even showed me how to use my Amex benefit, saving me $35 in cashback. This was true luxury customer service. Please make sure this recognition reaches her manager and leadership team — she absolutely deserves it.

Gal was super friendly and easy to talk to. She even let me practice my not-so-great Spanish, which made the experience fun. She helped me find a pair of glasses that work perfectly, and overall just made the whole visit really comfortable.

I went to buy Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses. While I was looking at the display near the entrance of the store, a staff member kindly told me, “There are many more inside.” After choosing a pair of sunglasses, the staff also guided me through the purchase process. Even though my English was not very fluent, they were very polite and helpful. It happened to be a time when there were no other customers in the store, but thanks to their attentive service, I was able to enjoy my shopping experience. Thank you very much!

Best experience ever! Brittany helped me and she was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely A++++ and will be back. If you’re in Las Vegas, this is the place to get your sunglasses. They do Prescription glasses too! WOW!
