I have been a client at the New Rochelle location for years with minimal issues, but I unfortunately will not be returning. I received a call and voice message the day before my appointment from Jessica requesting that the appointment be pushed back. I returned the call and, after a minute of confusion on their end, they ultimately told me that keeping my original appointment time was okay. After driving an hour and paying toll and parking fees, I showed up for my appointment and they said that the doctor would not be in until an hour later. The two people behind the front desk insisted that they left a message and notified me and, even after I told them I spoke with someone who confirmed again that this time was okay, they ignored the facts. Mistakes happen and I would have taken the extra hour on my dime to wait, but the lack of accountability and apology was disheartening. I have the voicemail and call log to prove that I spoke with them the day before my appointment. My main grievance is that they made a mistake and did not apologize nor take accountability for wasting my time. Professionalism and courtesy goes a long way, and I do not hold anybody to a standard that I do not hold myself. I suggest that anybody who wants to come to this location call to confirm their appointment both the day before and the day of, unless you do not mind wasting time and money in the event of unexpected schedule changes. Again, everybody has bad days and mistakes happen, but a simple acknowledgement and apology would have easily rectified this situation. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Good luck!
