Raymond Opticians

Both the doctor and the receptionist, Maria, were immensely helpful. For years I had wondered why I was having certain issues with my glasses. Previously, I had done all my yearly eye exams at SightMD. Turns out, I was using my glasses improperly and no one had ever told me! The doctor was able to make this assessment not even five minutes into our appointment, even though I arrived a bit late. I highly recommend Raymond Opticians if you want thorough and quality care.

I have been a loyal customer with Raymond Opticians for almost 20 years now. They provide good prices on all designer eyewear and have a vast amount of other affordable objects to choose from. Beside all this they also have an excellent staff especially at their Mamaroneck location. Maria who has been my go to optician has always helped me promptly and more importantly has had a lot of patience with helping me . She has always answered my questions and if ever there was any issue with insurance or my prescription I felt confident in her ability to help me through.

Peter, the young man who works at the Mamaroneck location is amazing! He is so helpful and responsive. Within a week of reaching out to him, he had obtained my records from another location, ordered my contacts, and notified me when they came in. I am so appreciative. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

The staff at this location could not be nicer, more helpful or more professional. There was no wait, the doctor and the staff member were attentive and made the visit just wonderful. All medical appointments should be like this one... as a patient I felt well cared for from the beginning to the end. Cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive. This is the only Raymond Opticians location that I will go. Peter works tirelessly, by himself, to make sure that I am well cared for. He always takes the time to help me, whether it be picking out glasses, repairs, or dealing with horrible insurance issues. I am so appreciative of him, and will be a customer for life.
