I had a great experience at the Bandera RCP Eyecare. I was very satisfied with their friendly atmosphere. Chanel was very kind and quick to answer my questions. Dr. Riaz had a contagious energy and made sure to explain the different eye tests and diseases. I definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience at RCP Eyecare! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. They were right on time, which I really appreciated—no long waits or delays. The entire process felt very well organized and optimized, especially the eye exam and check-in flow. What stood out the most was the positive and welcoming attitude of the team. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and take pride in providing great service. Overall, a very positive and professional experience. I would highly recommend RCP Eyecare to anyone looking for quality eye care with excellent customer service!

I had a great experience visiting Visionworks. I called around 1 asked for an appointment they were able to see be at 3:40. It was my first visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful, Dr. Riaz was awesome, very knowledgeable and super nice. After she explained and showed me how my vision changed I received my results and conveniently went right next-door to pick out my frames. The staff was very friendly and honest, they told me what I could save money on with my second pair. I was in and out pretty fast, I highly recommend! I will be back next year 😉

WORST RCP eyecare location! Reception staff is unprofessional and lacks accountability as well as competence. My husband had ordered a pair of trial contact lenses during his first appointment at this location (to ensure prescription was correct). It took a whole month for the trial lenses to be ready for pickup due to the office never placing the initial order (which they blamed on staff member who no longer worked there). Due to issues with the original set of testers, my husband requested a new set of trial lenses. After weeks of waiting (again), we have contacted the office just to be told they don’t have the order for the new set of trial lenses. They take no accountability for their errors. They offer no type of refund or credit to compensate for the inconvenience. On top of it all, the staff member I spoke to was flat-out RUDE and hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor and have her verify my husband’s phone number they have on file to ensure that was the correct number. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! Go somewhere else for your eye care!
