Dr Skidmore is professional, courteous and assertive, shows she cares about the well being of her patients vision overall and her staff is phenomenal, when I arrived for my appointment they had already pulled up my insurance info and it was so easy to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend this location. Thank you once again.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and handled my insurance paperwork without a single hiccup. When I had my wife come at a later date the experience was the same even though different staff members were working that day, everyone there has been just a peach. Dr. Skidmore and Dr. Lee are both punctual and professional. I felt like my concerns were actually heard, and the exam was thorough without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for an optometrist who values your time and provides top-tier care, this is the place. Return the favor and be respectful of their time as well, show up on time for your appointment because they are no nonsense with their scheduling and you will be rescheduled if you’re running late.

Got my eye exam a couple weeks ago and the optical technician’s Mia and Chanel were just fabulous with their customer service and patient care. They answered all my questions and took such great care of me I will never go anywhere else for an eye exam again!!! It felt so refreshing seeing them do their job with such care and diligence. Dr Skidmore also did my eye exam and she was just amazing I’ve had so many issues with my prescription with other doctors and she got it just perfect without even trying i was so blown away!!! She said she even got me to 20/20 and other doctors said that wasn’t possible.Thank you Chanel, Mia, and Dr Skidmore for such an amazing visit and taking such great care of me. If you want professional accurate patient care don’t hesitate to stop here at the rim and bring friends and family you won’t regret it😇😇😇😇

set appointments for my boyfriend and i online, and we got email reminders weeks ahead of time! We had to push the appointments back the day of, and they were accommodating. The front desk girl who does your initial testing is very sweet and the dr we saw, Dr. Skiddmore answered all my questions and was very thorough with her findings. 10/10 service and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Thank yall!

I have been going here for years. Love the new location! Dr. Lee was so kind, caring and professional. He took the time to explain everything patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend!
