They were very cordial and professional. Only they told us that our insurance (Medicaid/Pres.) was not accepted because they were out of our particular network. But were very helpful with picking out frames for my Son on a cash basis. Overall very nice & professional.
Very bad attitude receptionist at front desk. This person simply does nothing but ruin your day. Because of this person I among others are filing complaints against this Doctor with our insurance companies and the medical licensure board. I certainly feel that this Doctor should replace this receptionist for to his very bad attitude.
The male receptionist has very nasty attitude. After speaking with multiple people who have been there they certainly agree that the MALE receptionist has a serious attitude problem and has cost this Doctor many lost patients. This Doctor should certainly replace this terrible stain on his business. DO NOT use this Doctor. I am filling complaints with the insurance companies and the medical licensure board due to this bad bad attitude receptionist.
Very bad receptionist. This guy has very bad attitude and I will never ever go here again. And because of this I and many others are effectively filling complaints against this Place with insurance company and the license board and are asking for a tax audit and file audit into their bad practices.
Made an appt not till Nov! And that’s cuz someone cancelled otherwise it would be June or July next year ! Wow
