This is my second experience with ideal optometry located n carmichael, CA. Both times I was very pleased. I was extremely happy to be able to get into an appointment within the week and was seen soon after arriving, and I did arrive early. Every interaction in the office was met with kindness and friendly smiles, as far as I could see without my glasses. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for a new pair of glasses. I'm a single parent and always on a budget and I made it clear in the very beginning that I just wanted to get what my insurance covered because I couldn't afford anything out of pocket at the moment. After finding the glasses and doing the fitting, I was pleased to see how the nice woman helping me did not continue to suggestive sell things to me after explaining to her my financial standing. She did explain the additions because it's important to know what's available and I do appreciate that but at no point did I feel pressured for any add-ons. When it comes to being a patron of a business, i choose to do business with those i respect. Respect goes a long way and I left there feeling accomplished i'm getting what I went for and happy with my choices with no regrets. Thank you for being awesome!
